Happy National Day
We spent National Day at Bryngarw Country Park, a mere 15-minute drive from my place. We cooked a few local dishes and had a Singaporean style picnic at the Oriental Garden in the park while blasting Singaporean nation-building songs in the background. My favourite dish of the day was one of the girls’ creative dessert of strawberries and almond jelly, presented in the form of a Singapore flag. I had such a great day!
